Who is this for? Anyone joining a Terravest deal (Debt or Equity).
This guide explains how verified investors can participate in tokenized fundraising deals (Debt or Equity) on TerraVest.
Overview
Investors can subscribe to verified offerings using USDT on supported networks after completing KYC through zkMe. The entire process — from sign-in to claim — is designed to be seamless, compliant, and transparent.
Access & Verification
Sign In — Connect your wallet (~415 supported wallets across EVM & Solana) or continue via email/phone (OAuth). Signing a message authorizes access but does not transfer funds or incur gas fees.
Complete KYC (zkMe) — Provide your legal name, ID/passport, selfie/liveness, and (if required) proof of address or source of funds.
Review Deal — Each project page includes full terms, schedules (TGE/vesting), eligibility, and official contract addresses.
Subscribe — Use USDT by default on the specified network (Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, or BNB). Ensure you have sufficient gas (ETH, MATIC, or BNB).
Claim & Vesting — Tokens are claimable at TGE and follow the published vesting schedule automatically.
Troubleshooting
Wrong Network: Switch to the chain specified on the project page.
No Gas: Add a small amount of ETH/MATIC/BNB.
Signature Failed: Refresh and reconnect your wallet.
Bridge Pending: Check bridge UI status; test with a small amount.
Token Not Visible: Add the token contract address from the deal page manually.
Security & Safety
Interact only with the official contract addresses listed on verified project pages.
Confirm each transaction on a block explorer.
Avoid unofficial links or private messages claiming to represent TerraVest.
Presale purchases are non-refundable unless the presale hardcap is not achieved.
