Quickstart — Founder / Issuer

This guide outlines the end-to-end process for launching a compliant tokenized fundraising deal (Debt or Equity) on TerraVest.

Overview

Founders or issuers can create projects, submit terms, and launch offerings once their identity has been verified through zkMe. TerraVest provides standardized templates, review mechanisms, and automated compliance checks to simplify the process.

Step 1 — Access the Platform

Connect your wallet (~415 supported wallets including EVM & Solana) or continue via email/phone OAuth. Sign-in authorization does not trigger blockchain transactions or consume gas.

Step 2 — Identity Verification (KYC/KYB)

Complete verification through zkMe for your individual or company profile. You’ll need to provide:

  • Legal name or company name

  • ID/passport or incorporation documents

  • Proof of address (if required)

Once approved, your Issuer Profile becomes active.

Step 3 — Create a New Project

Navigate to your dashboard and select Create Project. Enter your project name, asset type (Debt or Equity), and a short summary.

Step 4 — Fill the Submission Form

Provide detailed information including:

  • Asset Information: Type, risk, and structure (secured/unsecured for Debt, ownership details for Equity).

  • Deal Terms: Coupon rate, tenor, and repayment for Debt; valuation and dilution for Equity.

  • Financial Breakdown: Target raise, minimum subscription, and currency.

  • Legal & Compliance: Upload relevant term sheets, SPV documents, and certificates.

  • Visuals: Optional images or branding (logo, cover, etc.) for investor presentation.

Step 5 — Submit for Review

After submission, the TerraVest team performs a preliminary due diligence check for accuracy and compliance. You may be asked to clarify or update specific sections before approval.

Step 6 — Approval & Preparation

Once verified, your project’s deal page will be generated. Confirm the final parameters such as coupon/dividend rate, target amount, vesting schedule, and launch date.

Step 7 — Publish & Launch

After approval, publish your deal. It will go live for verified investors to review and subscribe according to the disclosed terms.

Step 8 — Run the Offering

Monitor investor participation in real time via your dashboard. Keep all updates transparent and provide responses to investor inquiries through official channels.

Step 9 — Distribution & Reporting

After fundraising closes:

  • Distribute tokens at TGE.

  • Follow vesting and payment schedules.

  • Provide transaction proofs and post-offering reports.

All post-offering activity should include on-chain or off-chain proofs for transparency and compliance.
