# About Terravest

Terravest is a multi-chain launchpad designed for tokenized fundraising across both **Debt** and **Equity** models.\
Operating on Ethereum, Binance, Polygon, and BSC Testnet. Terravest enables founders and investors to raise and participate in real-world asset (RWA) deals transparently and compliantly.

We standardize the entire fundraising flow — from **submission → review → offering → claim** — allowing founders to raise capital efficiently while investors participate with clarity and confidence.

2. **Review** — TerraVest validates deal structure, documentation, and compliance.
3. **Offer** — A public project page goes live with full deal details.
4. **Subscribe** — Verified investors complete KYC and invest using USDT.
5. **Claim & Vesting** — Tokens become claimable at TGE; vesting follows the published timeline.
6. **Distribute & Report** — Issuers execute on-chain or off-chain distributions with transparent proof.
