Refunds
Presale purchases are non-refundable by default.
Refunds only apply if a deal fails to reach its hardcap as specified in the T&C.

Retention: zkMe complies with GDPR/PDPA. Only encrypted KYC proofs are shared; no raw data is stored on TerraVest servers.
